Finally arrived in Vienna at 1735. Got through the airport and went looking for our car....no one with 'Londino' anywhere. Anna's phone was not working so we couldn't call But luckily Anna saw sign that said airport driver .... It appears that our reservation has been canceled I guess the village gremlin got to it. No problem man said we got a car for you ... Just five minutes to get to the car. Driver almost dropped his nuts trying to pick up our suitcases, But he managed and off we went to the Austria Trend Hotel. Five minutes and we'll be there said the driver. It appears that anything in vienna is five minutes away. The hotel is really nice evening, Even though the TV and lights were not working. No problem… Alex to the rescue. Alex Young in his 20s 6 foot nine good-looking guy nice big feet... Oops we have to move into another room come have a drink at the bar on us.
Okay off to dinner. Vienna home of Wiener schnitzel and we go to an Italian restaurant... Ristorante Angelo in the Dauna Plex... The place to be. Huge crowds 20 restaurants 15 screen movie complex... Two glasses of wine, one beer and a big dish of pasta later We rolled back to our room and collapsed in bed. Being up 24+ hours is not fun. Don't forget Anna said we need to move the clocks ahead. Tomorrow we are off to see the Lipizzaners.
